News on the energy crisis and inflation

Dear guests,

The galloping inflation and, in particular, the sharp rise in energy and food prices pose particular challenges for us all. Each of us has already experienced price increases for electricity and gas of more than 100% in some cases this year.

For this reason – in order to keep the prices for our guests as constant as possible and for our planning security (e.g. purchase of Brockenbahn tickets) – we have decided with a heavy heart not to offer any package deals.

Our sauna will also remain closed at times when saving energy seems to be the top priority until prices and the supply situation have hopefully calmed down somewhat and prices have fallen again accordingly.

Of course you can still book all rooms including our rich breakfast buffet and the free use of our parking lot. We would be happy to make you an offer for your desired date and thank you for your understanding and hope that after the past years of uncertainty and imponderables, the world will soon return to calmer waters and things will return to their “usual course”.

Of course, we are still looking forward to your visit and hope to be able to welcome and pamper you as our guests soon.
